Eyes Closed Sessions
Online Hypnosis & Guided Meditation
These sessions use the power of words, suggestion and visualisation to create a positive experience which is supportive of healing, wellbeing and transformational change.
Sessions are conducted via Zoom in the comfort of your own home or choice of other location and can be attended on an ad-hoc or regular basis as required.

Most of the time we only shut our eyes to sleep, so we miss out on exploring the wonderful inner world that opens up when we close our eyes with intention.
By consciously allowing ourselves to become receptive to words, sounds and suggestion, online hypnosis and guided meditation open the door to this world, where both resting and exploration can bring a myriad of benefits.
For many of my clients, this is a very special time in their schedule, a time when they can let go and shape / re-organise / re-program this inner head space.
Sometimes, a person may be working on a more sudden transformational change for a personal or career-related goal. Other times, they may simply want to ensure that there is a smooth energetic flow between body, mind and spirit and used these sessions as a way of restoring and maintaining that balance.
Themes Sessions Can Cover
I provide ‘eyes closed’ sessions across a broad range of topics and areas, tailored to each individual client and their requirements. Areas covered in more hypnotherapy-focused online hypnosis sessions include:
- Overcoming fears and phobias
- Boosting confidence
- Promoting calm and reducing anxiety
- Stopping procrastination
- Breaking bad habits (note: I have a separate clinic for stop smoking hypnotherapy).
Guided meditation sessions can support work on issues like those above, but can also include those for:
- Relaxation & stress reduction
- Supporting energy and healing work
- Learning mindfulness (based around my book 7-Day Mindfulness)
- Spiritual development
- Shamanic journeying
- Other esoteric themes (including astrology, tarot, and crystal work)
How Sessions Work
After a chat and pre-talk (length depending on session duration), it will be time for the ‘eyes closed’ part of the session. This works best when:
- You have somewhere you can lay down or recline comfortably and will not be disturbed (by people, pets, phones or alarms!)
- You have a good internet connection for Zoom (I have a high speed fibre connection plus 5G as a backup, so please ensure YOUR set up will be suitable for the call)
- You use or switch to noise-cancelling headphones for a more immersive experience.
Though it depends whether the focus is on hypnosis or guided meditation in the session, most of the time all you have to do is lay back and LISTEN. If you drift off or feel like you are drifting off at times then that is absolutely fine. Some sessions will deliberately induce this state whilst others will focus on keeping you more actively engaged with certain thoughts, images and suggestions.
Additional Tools & Guidance
Depending on the session type and goal, I will usually provide a hypnosis or guided meditation audio to support your ongoing progress.
This can be used between sessions or on your own in the future. If you find the audio useful and would like a more tailored version then I also offer a separate custom audio service which you can find out more about here.
I may also provide or recommend additional techniques, resources and behavioural guidance as required. If something is outside of my professional scope, I will signpost you accordingly.
Booking Your Sessions(s)
NEW CLIENTS: You must book a Deep Dive Session (2.5 hours) before attending or booking any additional sessions. This session includes an extended pre-talk and coaching element in addition to the eyes closed work.
EXISTING / PREVIOUS CLIENTS: You can purchase Eyes Closed Sessions (1 hour or 1.5 hour) individually or discounted as part of a discounted session package. If you are working on a breakthrough in a new or difficult area you may wish to consider a new Deep Dive Session so that more time can be spent exploring and developing the best strategy for success.
Once we have agreed a suitable date and time for your session, I will send an invoice, any pre-session information and a Client Questionnaire to complete and return via email. This must be returned to me no later than 72 hours before your scheduled session time.
